My excercise equipment broke and I had no ideal where to get the part to fix it. I stumbled on to your site with a google search. The ability to see a picture of all the parts really helped because I sure didn't keep the manual to mine. Also in ordering the site told me what other parts I needed to finish the repair really helped. I think the parts were at my door in two or three days. The were exactly what I needed. Good to know good service still exists. I searched everywhere for the speed control knob I ordered.
